Editorial Policy

Guides on this site are written to help players act, not just browse.

The editorial goal is simple: answer the player’s question clearly, separate verified details from cautious interpretation, and update important guides when new evidence changes the advice.

Core Standards

  • Write original guide copy in our own editorial voice.
  • Lead with the direct answer before longer explanation.
  • Distinguish confirmed information from community-tested patterns and inferred strategy advice.
  • Prefer practical route consequences over generic filler.

Sources And Confidence

  • Official material is prioritized when it clearly answers a factual question.
  • Community-tested information may be used when it helps players, but it should not be disguised as official confirmation.
  • Inferred strategy advice is allowed when it is presented honestly and tied to practical player decisions.

Updates

  • High-traffic pages are revised when new evidence changes what players should do.
  • Thin, tool-like, or purely operational pages are kept out of search indexing when they do not serve a strong reader task.
  • Corrections are folded into the live page rather than hidden in a long changelog chain.

Corrections

If you spot an error, outdated route note, or broken link, use the contact page to report it. Substantive guide corrections are prioritized over cosmetic edits.
